Description:
The Head of OSCCA leads the Office for Student Conduct, Complaints, and Appeals, ensuring compliance with legislation and good practice. The role involves managing a team and service, developing people, policies, and liaising with internal and external stakeholders. It requires strategic leadership, expertise in higher education, and a commitment to improving student experience services.
This post is open ended (permanent) and full-time (35 hours per week); the University of Edinburgh supports hybrid working (on a non-contractual basis) that combines a mix of remote and regular on-campus working.
The salary for this post is UE09 £62,098 to £76,398 per annum.
