Based in our Berlin headquarters and reporting directly to the Chief People Officer, you will lead a team that develops our Total Rewards strategy and solutions, partners with leaders, and embeds these solutions into the organisation. You will also lead our People Analytics function, focusing on delivering the best data insights to drive people decisions.
We are seeking a strategic and results-orientedHead of Total Rewards and People Analytics to lead our Compensation & Benefits, and People Analytics functions. This role will be instrumental in designing and implementing innovative reward strategies, embedded in our culture and leveraging data analytics to drive informed people decisions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in total rewards, a passion for data-driven insights, and a proven track record of leading high-performing teams.
