REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business and/or Economics
- Minimum of 5 years of a similar experience in an FMCG environment.
- A previous experience in the spirits and hospitality industry is a plus.
- Fluent in French, Dutch and English
- Solution-oriented and results-driven.
- Creative and entrepreneurial mindset.
- Adaptable and open-minded.
- Strong commercial accumen and experience in customer management
- Proficient in strategic planning.
- Strong budget and financial analysis skills (KPI setting, analysis, and follow-up).
Responsibilities:
The Head of Trade Marketing Belux is responsible for the development and execution of brand strategies across all channels in Belgium and Luxembourg. This role serves as a vital communication link between the sales and marketing departments, ensuring that brand strategies are effectively translated into actionable channel plans. Channels to be activated: off-trade, on-trade, liquor stores and ecommerce for the full portfolio (including prestige).
