REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business and/or Economics
  • Minimum of 5 years of a similar experience in an FMCG environment.
  • A previous experience in the spirits and hospitality industry is a plus.
  • Fluent in French, Dutch and English
  • Solution-oriented and results-driven.
  • Creative and entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Adaptable and open-minded.
  • Strong commercial accumen and experience in customer management
  • Proficient in strategic planning.
  • Strong budget and financial analysis skills (KPI setting, analysis, and follow-up).

Responsibilities:

The Head of Trade Marketing Belux is responsible for the development and execution of brand strategies across all channels in Belgium and Luxembourg. This role serves as a vital communication link between the sales and marketing departments, ensuring that brand strategies are effectively translated into actionable channel plans. Channels to be activated: off-trade, on-trade, liquor stores and ecommerce for the full portfolio (including prestige).
