Head of Training - NPCT Lauda Europe

Lauda Europe is a Maltese wet-lease operator and part of the Ryanair Group of airlines with its headquarters in Pieta, Malta. Lauda Europe’s 1,100 aviation professionals operate a fleet of 27 Airbus 320 aircraft from bases across Europe.
We are currently recruiting a Head of Training – Nominated Person Crew Training (NPCT) located at our Malta HQ or Austrian Support Office.
The successful candidate will have responsibility for the effective implementation of all Flight and Cabin Crew training across Lauda Europe. The role will report directly to the Chief Pilot.

REQUIREMENTS

• Hold a current EASA ATPL(A) with a valid Airbus 320 Type Rating and TRI / TRE Certificate
• Have a minimum of one-year experience as a TRI/TRE on the Airbus 320
• Fulfil the requirements of EASA for NPCT (GM2 ORO.AOC.135(a))
• Experience in a senior management position or training position with training responsibilities within the Ryanair Group or another airline, an advantage.
• Have extensive knowledge of the International, European and National Regulations pertaining to Crew Training
• Right to live and work in European Union
