Required Qualifications:
- 8+ years of Enterprise Risk experience, or equivalent experience demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Responsibilities:
Wells Fargo is seeking an Enterprise Risk Director as the Head of Transformation Risk for the Merchant Services Chief Risk Office (MS CRO) Group.
In this role, you will:
- Manage and develop specialized teams of professional individual contributors with focus on delivering moderate to high complexity risk management solutions (i.e., analytics, models, third-party solutions, etc.) to enable the advancement of the Merchant Services risk management capabilities.
- Influence the Merchant Services key partners and lead the direct team by making strategic decisions to resolve highly complex issues, while managing the efforts end-to-end.
- Own and develop risk management models in partnership with Enterprise Model Risk Management group.
- Collaborate with and influence all levels of professionals, including leadership across the applicable groups within the bank.
- Identify opportunities and strategies for process improvement and risk control enhancements.
- Develop and own processes and controls in adherence with applicable enterprise and / or business policies and in support of the Risk Management Framework.
- Utilize knowledge to ensure that all issues are proactively identified and addressed appropriately and escalating where necessary.
- Manage allocation of people and financial resources to ensure commitments are met and align with strategic objectives.
- Develop and guide a culture of talent development to meet business objectives and strategy.
