Description:
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Proven experience in Treasury, Finance, or a related field with significant experience in transformation or change management roles
- Demonstrated experience in leading large-scale transformation projects within a financial services environment.
- Accounting or Treasury qualification is desirable
- Strategic thinking and planning

- Financial acumen and risk management
- Financial/Treasury reporting processes and associated controls
- Stakeholder engagement and relationship building

Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a Head of Treasury Transformation to take the lead within the Treasury department in shaping, managing and executing our transformation and improvement plans across systems, processes and ways of working.
Just is undertaking an ambitious growth phase in particular within defined benefit pension buy-in/buy-out transactions. As a key enabler for this growth phase the Group Treasury department, as part of Group Finance, is planning a substantial modernisation and development programme to our treasury and investment operational systems, alongside other related processes. In particular this involves optimising middle office, back office, cash management, investment accounting, reporting and asset valuation processes and controls. This role will be central to the successful delivery of this programme.
