EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum 5 years of strong experience in subscription user acquisition (web-web, web-app) with relevant products
- Proven track record in paid social media marketing at scale, focusing on lead generation, performance marketing, and conversion optimization
ANALYTICAL SKILLS:
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in UA analytical tools and techniques
- Advanced skills in performance measurement and optimization
- Ability to analyze complex datasets, generate insights, and make data-backed decisions
Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are actively seeking an accomplished Lead User Acquisition Manager to spearhead our user acquisition efforts, driving substantial traffic from diverse sources to our subscription-based products (web to web, web-app). The ideal candidate should possess extensive experience working with a wide range of traffic sources, including but not limited to Pinterest, TikTok Ads, Facebook, and other social media platforms. This role requires a deep understanding of digital marketing strategies, performance marketing, and the ability to optimize campaigns across multiple channels.
In your capacity as the Lead of User Acquisition, you will be responsible for crafting and implementing multi-channel acquisition strategies aimed at attracting and converting subscribers. While building and managing an in-house team may be part of your responsibilities, your primary focus will be on leveraging your broad experience with various traffic sources to maximize user acquisition and ROI.
