ABOUT THE ROLE

As Head of Verification and Validation, you’ll shape the V&V strategy for a cutting-edge building management ecosystem, ensuring the reliability, security, and performance of both hardware and software at scale. This is a career-defining opportunity to lead a high-impact team, influence industry standards, and drive innovation in smart infrastructure.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Define and execute the V&V strategy. Develop and implement a comprehensive verification and validation framework that ensures the reliability, security, and performance of a complex hardware/software building management product ecosystem.
Lead a high-impact V&V team. Build, mentor, and manage a global team of builders and makers in robustness testing, system verification and validation, physical plant emulation, and UI/UX testing.
Drive automation and scalability. Architect automated testing pipelines, simulation and emulation environments, and continuous validation processes to support rapid iteration and deployment at scale.
Collaborate across engineering and product teams. Engage with crossfunctional teams during the architecture phase across the product stack to ensure good product definition, following of good design practices, and ensure testability.
