Join Oxford Instruments in Tubney Woods, Oxfordshire as a Head Office PA. In this role, you will provide essential administrative support to our CHRO and CFO, ensuring smooth operations and contributing to the success of HR and wider Head Office projects.
As the Head Office PA, you will manage diaries, schedule meetings, and handle travel arrangements for the CHRO and CFO. You will be the main point of contact, screening calls, emails, and correspondence. Additionally, you will prepare and organise documents, reports, and presentations for meetings.
You will play a significant role in supporting HR projects, coordinating initiatives and conducting research. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be essential to ensure effective communication and maintain project documentation.
In terms of general office administration, you will handle tasks such as procurement, office equipment maintenance, and mail handling. You will support onboarding processes, assist in event planning, and handle general correspondence. Your ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion will be highly valued.
To excel in this role, you should have relevant qualifications and proven experience as a personal assistant or in a similar role. Strong organisational and communication skills, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, are expected.
