Job Description
The Head of Partner Growth Targets and Incentives will be responsible for developing a centralized model to allocate Account Manager (AM) portfolios effectively and automating processes for defining AM incentives, targets, and Performance Improvement Plans (PIP) across the region. This role will require close collaboration with country teams to ensure local strategies and market specificities are reflected in the model, with continuous improvements based on feedback to drive alignment and operational efficiency.

Main responsibilities:

  • Centralized Portfolio Allocation: Develop and implement a centralized model to allocate AM portfolios across the region, ensuring optimal distribution of accounts and resources for maximum impact.
  • Automation of AM Processes: Automate the entire process for defining AM incentives, setting sales targets, and managing PIP (Performance Improvement Plan) processes for all AMs in the region, creating scalable and consistent systems.
  • Country Strategy Collaboration: Work closely with country teams to ensure local market strategies and specific needs are integrated into the centralized model, collecting feedback to continuously refine and improve the system.
  • Continuous Model Improvement: Regularly evaluate the performance of the portfolio allocation, incentive frameworks, and performance management processes, using data and feedback to make adjustments for improvement.

Qualifications
-

A minimum of Bachelor degree in business administration or related field. Master’s degree would be a plus.

  • Minimum 10 years of experience, including at least 3 years of management experience where decision-making for teams or functions, with a focus on driving outcomes and accountability.
  • Proven success in fast-paced, entrepreneurial startup or tech environments, with a blend of consulting or similar experience.
  • Proven expertise in data modeling and strategic analysis.
  • Strong track record of business achievements and international exposure.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and country leaders regionally and globally.
  • Self-starter mindset with a passion for building and establishing processes in a newly formed team.
  • Clear, concise, and actionable communication skills. Team player who combines high performance with a positive, collaborative attitude.
