Description:

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a talented and experienced individual to join our Premium French Bakeries as Head Pastry Chef. Founded with a passion for quality, OREE has grown steadily to 10 bakeries in London with plans to expand further in the near future.
You will be responsible for creating, baking, and ensuring quality control for a range of products, including pastries, baked goods, and celebration cakes - all from our central kitchen in Acton. You will also lead the new product development from your department which is integral to our identity.
You will lead a team of pastry chefs within a busy bakery environment, maintaining the highest standards of food quality and service. You should be a talented individual with excellent team management and communication skills, with a keen eye for detail to deliver outstanding quality and service in a high-profile kitchen. You will work closely with the rest of the senior OREE team at the bakery.
Given the seniority of this role, it is essential that you have at least 5 years of experience and proven skills within a quality team, including previous experience in a senior role within a Pastry team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a talented individual who is ready to take on a new challenge and further develop their career within a premium company.

In return, we offer:

  • Competitive Salary
  • 45 hours per week with 2 days off
  • 50% food & beverage discount in all our Orée shops
  • Increased annual leave for staff members with longer employment
  • Wagestream – a financial wellbeing benefit which gives you access to your pay as you earn it
  • Team food allowance during your shift
