Described by Wallpaper magazine as ‘Miami via Moorgate’, the hotel has 80 guest rooms, Michelin starred Angler restaurant as well as South Place Chop House and five bars. With an array of meeting and event spaces as well as the stunning Secret Garden and rooftop terrace
overlooking the Capital.

Responsibilities:
We are seeking an ambitious and dedicated Pastry Head Chef to oversee the culinary operations of our Michelin Starred Restaurant Angler, 3SP restaurant, private dining, in-room dining, and bars
. With a profound passion for all things sweet ingredients, and menu innovation, you will drive the creative development of menus while maintaining exceptional standards and attention to detail. Leading the brigade from the front line and ensuring seamless operations at the pass are essential aspects of this role.
You will also play a pivotal role in managing all aspects of Health & Safety and food hygiene, along with overseeing financial matters such as managing GP, P&L, budgets, payroll, and margins. Your ability to train, motivate, and develop the team will be crucial, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. Previous experience in a senior culinary role within a hotel or high-volume restaurant is preferred, and familiarity with Adaco and Fourth Hospitality systems is advantageous. Overall, we are seeking a resilient and driven individual who is eager to contribute to the success of our establishment.
