• You have a Master’s Degree (extensive), or a PhD with several years of experience in the field of science or engineering. International educationequivalency to Master’s or PhD Degree is acceptable
• You bring several years of experience working on OTC/Consumer Health product development with significant expertise in solid dose, liquid dose anddrug delivery
• You possess expertise in manufacturing, product development, processing, and unit operations for OTC and/or Nutritional products
• You bring proven leadership experience, with a track record of successfully managing and inspiring mid to large-sized teams
• You have a proven track record of delivering technical projects
• Fluency in German is essential, with strong communication skills in both spoken and written language

• You will establish, coach, and provide vision for the site’s technical community fostering collaboration, knowledge sharing, and professional development
• You will leverage agile work practices supporting the teams to align and adapt resources to highest enterprise priorities
• You will own assigned technology for BCH division acting as architect for development of best-in-class capabilities and talent
• You will lead technical projects, issues resolution, and implementation of solutions for assigned technologies
• You will champion best practices for technology transfer, design of experiments, and leveraging data science to maximize quality and speed of work
• You will provide technical leadership and guidance to ensure the site’s operations meet quality, safety, and regulatory requirements
• You will act as a member of the site’s Leadership Team (LT), contributing to strategic decision-making and providing technical insights and recommendations
• You will collaborate with other R&D COE Heads and R&D Operations Leadership Team to align technical objectives with overall business goals and objectives
