Head Repair Technician

at  Resort of the Canadian Rockies

YOU WILL:

Oversee procedures for Repair Shop products and services including ski/snowboard tuning, major repairs and machinery maintenance.
Be an advocate for health and safety, ensuring a clean and safe working environment.
Conduct ongoing training with Repair Shop staff to ensure consistent, quality repairs and service.
Supervise the Repair staff to ensure high levels of efficiency and output with an emphasis on guest service and sales.
Assist in staff scheduling, orientation, training, and delegation of tasks.
Provide an exceptional level of customer service through direct interaction, sales and service.
Assist guests with sizing and fitting of appropriate rental equipment for comfort and safety.
Manage labor costs by assigning tasks and setting schedule for employees.
Maintain inventory of shop tools and supplies.
Maintain rental equipment and track maintenance history for gear.
Ensure documentation for repairs is properly and completely processed, filed and archived.
Perform other duties as assigned.
