EXPERIENCE:
- A minimum of 8 years in the music and entertainment industry, with a strong focus on artist marketing, creator relations, and artist campaigns in electronic music.
- A proven track record of successfully collaborating with high-profile and emerging artists.
- At least 2 years of management experience, with a demonstrated ability to develop and guide a team.
- Experience managing complex, collaborative projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in multicultural environments and with multifaceted brands.
SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships with artists, managers, and industry stakeholders.
- Deep knowledge of the music industry, including current and future trends.
- Strong understanding of the music industry and an excellent network of label, manager, and artist contacts.
- Attention to detail and organization, strong work ethic, and a friendly attitude.
- Ability to work under pressure and problem-solve.
