JOB OVERVIEW
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Head Server to join our dynamic team in a bustling restaurant environment. The Head Server will play a pivotal role in ensuring exceptional guest experiences by leading the service team, managing dining operations, and upholding the highest standards of hospitality. This position requires a strong understanding of food safety, culinary practices, and excellent guest service skills.
REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience in a similar role within the restaurant or hospitality industry.
- Strong understanding of food safety regulations and culinary practices.
- Excellent guest service skills with the ability to upsell menu items effectively.
- Basic maths skills for handling transactions and processing payments accurately.
- Exceptional time management abilities to prioritise tasks during busy periods.
- A passion for hospitality and a commitment to providing outstanding customer experiences.
- Ability to work collaboratively with kitchen staff and other team members in a fast-paced environment.
