Responsibilities:
- Delivering excellence to all guests and crafting lasting beverage experiences
- Hiring, training, scheduling, and supervising restaurant team.
- Ensuring exceptional customer service by training and coaching staff on hospitality standards, and resolving issues promptly
- Exceptional taste and exemplary customer service skills, Understanding of wines, their composition, how they are made and how they affect food on the hotel
- Responsible for monthly wine stock taking, for banqueting wine orders and consumption..
- Overseeing day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including opening and closing procedures, managing reservations and seating arrangements, and coordinating timely food preparation with the kitchen staff
- Maintaining high standards of beverage quality, presentation, and service through quality control
- Monitoring and managing the restaurants financial performance including budgeting, beverage cost control and revenue optimization
