Responsibilities:

You will work alongside a team of talented and passionate chefs, led by award-winning Chef Priyam, to prepare and plate excellent Modern French food in the restaurant. Minimum of 2 Years of experience is preferred.

You may be required to perform the following, but not limited to:

  • Monitor the quality of wines and alcoholic beverages to ensure they meet the restaurant standards
  • Assist in managing beverage inventory by keeping track of ingredients, ordering supplies, and minimising wastage
  • Conduct quality checks on raw materials in assigned areas, ensuring proper storage, handling, and usage
  • Assisting the General Manager in the restaurant’s beverage offerings
  • Develop wine pairing and menu creation with the Executive Chef
  • Setting up and stocking up stations with all necessary supplies
  • Daily mise-en-place, preparing for service, ensuring the station is kept at the highest hygiene and food safety standards
  • Handling stock inventory appropriately
  • Be a role model and guide junior team members
  • Assist in other FOH operational areas as needed
  • Maintain good working relationships with your own colleagues and all other departments
  • Coordinate with back-of-house team to address daily operational needs and maintain cleanliness standards
  • Coordinate with other departments to facilitate Events, Partnerships and Marketing activities
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned by the Management
