Description:
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 5 years of managerial experience in F&B, preferably in fine-dining establishments and including experience serving as the Head Sommelier / Sommelier of these establishments.
- Relevant qualifications under the Court of Master Sommeliers, WSET or equivalent preferred but not mandatory
- Robust knowledge of international wines
- Equipped with a comprehensive set of F&B operational skills and practical wine service know-how
- Possesses a can-do spirit, always thinking out of the box and never satisfied with the status quo
- Able to manage complexity and a dynamic working environment
- Proficient in basic accounting, budgeting and inventory management skills
- Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate team
- Have a well-groomed, professional appearance
