Organized into agile product teams, the department serves as essential bridge between business needs and technological solutions, facilitating seamless integration and innovation.

• Create digital vision and roadmap for the supply chain processes
• Define epics, create business cases and set priorities
• Improve efficiency, real-time visibility and become data driven through advanced digital technologies
• Understand and fulfill business requirements
• Analyse and develop technolgoy solutions / capabilities
• Facilitating the implementation and integration of technology
• Ensure training, support, documentation and compliance
