Queste saranno le principali attività collegate a questo ruolo:

• definizione, con il supporto dei consulenti esterni e nel rispetto delle strategie aziendali, del progetto enologico complessivo e delle singole linee di prodotto;
• pianificazione e organizzazione dei processi interni delle 4 cantine moldave, presidiando gli impianti e le attrezzature e ottimizzando le risorse umane presenti nei vari siti;
• mantenimento delle attuali certificazioni di qualità e di sistema e implementazione di quelle che in futuro si riterranno necessarie;
• supporto tecnico per gli investimenti aziendali (acquisti attrezzature di cantina, impiantistica, manutenzioni).

REQUIREMENTS

We are seeking a winemaker with at least 5 years of experience in technical and managerial roles, ideally within structured wineries that are strongly quality-oriented.

From a technical-professional standpoint, the following requirements are essential:

• A degree in viticulture and oenology, or equivalent training in the field;
• Knowledge of winemaking processes and technologies;
• Proficiency in English.

We also consider skills related to sustainability and innovation to be very important, particularly a strong inclination towards using digital tools to manage daily activities in the winery.
Regarding personal qualities, we consider it important to have the ability to plan and organize production processes in line with quality and economic objectives, becoming a point of reference for all technical staff across the various wineries, successfully guiding them towards operational excellence.

Their ability to interact effectively with external consultants, share knowledge, and accept input to continuously improve operations will be essential for their personal success, as well as for the overall success of the project.
The position is based in Moldova, and the ambitious nature of the project requires a commitment to reside in the country for a minimum period of 3 to 5 years.

• Defining the overall winemaking strategy and specific product lines, in collaboration with external consultants and in alignment with the company’s strategic goals;
• Planning and organizing internal processes for the four Moldovan wineries, overseeing equipment and facilities, and optimizing human resources across the different sites;
• Maintaining current quality and system certifications, as well as implementing any future required certifications;
• Providing technical support for company investments (e.g., winery equipment purchases, facility improvements, and maintenance)
