POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are seeking experienced and driven Remote Sales Health Advisors to join our team.
This role is ideal for a skilled sales professional who thrives in a performance-driven environment with a passion for helping people make life-changing health decisions. As a Health Advisor at Pompa Program, you will meet with warm, qualified leads who have paid $127 to $224 to consult with you. Your goal will be to help them make same-day decisions to invest in high-value health programs by digging into their health challenges, finding what has been missed in their current health journey and working through the clients’ hesitation and fears.
This is a full-time, 1099 contractor position, fully remote, offering a unique opportunity to join a fast-growing company that is on the forefront of health trends and is committed to making a lasting difference in the lives of our clients.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Experience: 5 years experience and proven track record in sales, preferably within the health and wellness industry and/or remote sales.
  • Skills: Demonstrated ability to close sales in a consultative, empathetic and relationship-driven capacity.
  • Passion for natural health and helping people make transformational decisions about their well-being
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong proficiency with CRM systems, sales tracking, Google Suite and virtual Zoom communication. Must own a smartphone and computer with Zoom capabilities
  • Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and adapt in a fast-paced environment. Holds a strong desire to exceed goals and KPI’s.
  • Knowledge: Understanding of natural health conditions, cellular physiology and alternative health therapies is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Conversion: Engage with high-potential leads via Zoom calls in order to convert clients into our tailored health programs.
  • Consultative Selling: Comfort and experience using a consultative sales approach to build rapport, understand the clients needs and help the client make a decision if our program is the right answer for them.
  • Confirm and Nurture Leads: Proactively confirm and nurture all assigned leads leading up to the consultation, ensuring strong rapport and preparedness for the Zoom call
  • Meet KPI’s: Consistently meet and exceed weekly KPI targets by maintaining schedule availability of 20 calls per week and minimum 17% booked to close rate.
  • Follow-Up: Maintain follow-up communication with leads and prospects to nurture relationships and drive conversions.
  • CRM Management: Utilize CRM systems and Google Suite to manage a sales pipeline, document interactions, and report daily activity accurately.
  • Training: Commit to growing as an IC through attendance of our weekly sales meetings along with daily team huddles and daily workshops.

  • Onboarding Education: All on boarding education requirements as outlined, including, but not limited to product knowledge, consultation, role-play, and systems training prior to receiving leads onto your calendar.
