Health AI Intern

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Health AI Intern will have the opportunity to gain real-world experience managing health AI projects at a leading institute, with a focus on driving applications of AI and ML with partner organizations. Reporting to a Vector Health Project Manager, you will provide project design and delivery support and play a key role in ensuring the goals of the Health team are met.
Start date: May 5, 2025
End date: August 29, 2025

Assist in the development and management of Health Projects, creating and updating project plans, schedules, status reports, and other project deliverables (e.g., business cases, executive roadmaps, etc.);
Assist in the development of metrics and frameworks for evaluating the impact of health-related AI projects;
Support partnership building with health sector organizations and researchers;
Draft grant proposals on health-related projects;
Support project meeting coordination functions such as booking meetings with partners and stakeholders, preparing meeting materials (e.g., slides, briefing notes), taking minutes, tracking action items, and following up with meeting participants;
Support the creation of knowledge translation tools, including infographics, briefs, and training materials, to facilitate AI adoption;
Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis and evaluation; and,
Other duties as assigned.
