In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring health and safety policies and procedures. You will conduct risk assessments, facilitate safety training programs, and ensure compliance with all relevant legislation. By promoting a culture of safety within the organisation, you will play a crucial role in minimising risks and creating a safe working environment for all. REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a health and safety role, preferably in construction or engineering.
- Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in conducting risk assessments and safety audits.
- Ability to develop and deliver effective training programs.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- NEBOSH certification or equivalent is highly desirable.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement health and safety policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments to identify hazards.
- Facilitate health and safety training and awareness programs for employees.
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of health and safety incidents and performance metrics.
- Act as a liaison with regulatory bodies and ensure compliance with legislation.
- Prepare reports and presentations on health and safety performance to management.
