OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated Health & Safety Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the health and safety protocols within our organization, ensuring compliance with regulations and promoting a safe work environment.
* Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Processes, Food Safety Regulations and HACCP

EXPERIENCE

• Proven experience in health and safety management
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and other relevant standards
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to fabricate effective safety training programs
• Experience in training development would be a plus.
  Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
  Pay: $80,078.54-$105,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift

Experience:

• Food safety: 1 year (required)

• Develop and implement health and safety policies and procedures
• Conduct regular inspections to identify potential hazards and risks
• Investigate accidents or incidents to determine causes and recommend preventive measures
• Provide training to employees on health and safety practices
• Monitor compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Collaborate with management to develop emergency response plans
• Maintain records of inspections, training, and incidents
