Health and Safety Officer
· Take responsibility for the company’s health and safety policy and procedures.
· Carry out risk assessments & complete method statements as required.
· Liaise with site team to ensure health and safety documentation is up to date.
· Responsible for site inspection and audits in line with legislation and training.
· Complete accident/incident investigations & issue communications to relevant stakeholders.
· Inform and train on internal H&S systems. Responsible for the control of health and safety training. Issue and track PPE requirements.
· Audit Daily\Weekly Permits for completion. Ability to look ahead and understand the milestone requirements (RAMS, ITP’s) in line with program.
· Responsibility for maintaining EN1090, Safety Certificate Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a health and safety role.
· Previous experience of putting together risk assessments.
· Relevant health and safety certifications (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH). Strong knowledge of health, safety, and all regulations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: €35,000.00-€40,000.00 per year

• Belturbet, CO. Cavan: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
