Responsibilities:

  • Resolve tier II escalations received through Service Now, emails, and/or phone calls in a timely manner ensuring Service Level Agreements (SLA’s) are met
  • Tier II escalations, partner with project team to find root cause and trending issues
  • Provide Tier II support to other benefits teams within HR Solutions
  • Acts as technical resource and subject matter expert on benefit plan/ policy interpretations, procedures and processes
  • Provide coaching support to employees, HR and managers on benefit plans, processes, tools and systems
  • Using a relatively thorough knowledge of the company benefit plans, HRIS and vendor systems and structure, troubleshoot and resolve issues ranging from simple questions to moderately detailed and complex issues directly with managers and HR in accordance with (SLA’s)
  • Maintains awareness of pending changes in laws and regulations and their impact on Trane Technologies’ programs and ensure actions are in compliance
  • Participate in and/fully support H&W related projects as needed such as Annual Enrollment
  • Actively support enterprise and/or SBU systems, tools and process improvement implementations
  • Collaborate with Total Rewards, HR Solutions, HRBP’s, COE’s, and other HR groups as needed
  • Supports compliance or audit requests as required, both at the state or federal levels as well as with government compliance.
  • Create documentation for new processes and able to accurately update existing documentation based on enhancements made to existing processes
  • Must be able to anticipate problems that may develop in a particular situation. Problem resolution will involve other teams within the organization
  • Must be able to identify root cause and recommend solutions to prevent reoccurrence
  • Assists with delivering training and development of training materials related to Health & Welfare benefits
  • Additional responsibilities as assigned
