Description:

The Clinical Directorate are delighted to share that an exciting opportunity has become available in Central and West for the position of Health Board Clinical Lead.
We are looking for talented, energetic and forward-thinking individuals. The successful applicants will be working with a stable, skilled and committed leadership team who are driven by delivery of high performance and innovation. The team will be working towards delivering a modern, efficient and sustainable Ambulance Service for Wales.
Reporting directly to the Regional Clinical Lead - Consultant Paramedic, the post holders will ensure that agreed systems are in place to ensure a strong clinical presence within their Health Board area. The role will involve working in partnership with senior management and operations teams to ensure the development and maintenance of sound clinical performance management and measurement systems.

THIS INDIVIDUALS WILL:

Contribute to the Trust’s clinical agenda by providing strong professional clinical leadership for Health Professionals and other allied clinical colleagues;
Deliver key objectives across a broad set of clinical priorities in both the urgent and acute care work streams;
Work with specialist groups to develop opportunities for the organisation to increase its clinical delivery abilities;
Contribute to the overall operational and strategic development of the Trust to deliver clinical services of the highest possible standards.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
