ROLE OVERVIEW:
As a Bank Healthcare Assistant, you’ll work as part of a close-knit team providing excellent patient focused care within the 33-bed medical ward which consists of both Neuro and Cardiac patients.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Report to a qualified nurse, any changes in a patient’s condition that may require nursing intervention.
- Refer patients’, relatives’, and colleagues’ queries to the Nursing Staff.
- Accompany patients (including their friends and relatives) between Departments.
- Assist patients with eating and drinking when required.
- Assist in patient hygiene and elimination procedures.
- Transport Clinical specimens / Prescription charts, as directed, to the relevant departments.
- Enter requests on the computer as directed.
- Provide direct basic technical assistance to medical staff as and when required.
- Assist with observation and collection of specimens.
