Description:
Eastcare is a privately owned Aged Residential Care Provider. We offer rest home and dementia care to the elderly in Hamilton.
We have permanent full-time available for people wanting to begin a career or grow their career caregiving in aged care. Normal hours are 32 hours per week. We need people
who will be able to cover day and night shifts both.
Responsibilities:
- To ensure that the Resident’s needs and welfare, company procedures and policies, business efficiency and profitability are given priority at all times.
- To treat residents and their families, co-workers and management with courtesy and respect to ensure that Residents receive prompt, professional and friendly service at all times.
- Providing a friendly and supportive service
- Personal cares
- Helping with general activities in daily living
- The nature of this business requires 24 hour cover 7 days a week so weekend work will be required.
- Providing direct support and help to the residents
- Follow the day-to-day plans
