Kare Plus West are now recruiting Multi Task Attendants for Kitchen/ cleaning shifts for a HSE facility in Tuam, Co. Galway.

REQUIREMENTS- SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Previous Kitchen/cleaning experience essential
• Manual Handling and Patient moving certificate- Can be provided
• Relevant hseland courses completed or willing to complete
• Successful applicants will be required to complete Garda vetting
• Available to start
  Due to the high volume of applicants only candidates with the relevant experience will be invited for interview.

• Maintain all areas in the care centre to a high standard of cleanliness, tidiness, and hygiene.
• Carry out assigned housekeeping duties including cleaning, dusting, vacuuming, polishing and moping of equipment, furnishing, crockery, cutlery, kitchen appliances, toilets, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, windows, and refuse disposal areas.
• Cleaning of spillages as they occur and proper use of safety signs.
• Adhere to infection control policies and procedures and keep up-to-date on best practices.
• Attend and participate in training and assessments as required to refresh or gain new knowledge/skills.
• Establish and maintain relationships with residents that are based on respect and equality
