Description:

Could you be our next Healthcare Assistant and Join our Eastwood Community Nursing team and provide a high standard of care to patients in the area, and would you like to make a difference to the community you live in and love, if so then this is the job for you?
Do you want to work in the Community?
Do you want to be part of an Integrated Care Team providing high quality care to patients in the Nottingham West?
You will work under the direction of qualified District and Community Nurses to be part of a team to deliver nursing interventions to people in their own homes and Residential Homes.
The roles require individuals to have good communication skills to ensure close working relationships with acute care services, Community care teams, General Practitioners, Social Care teams and other multidisciplinary teams.
We will provide you with a structured induction and training period to ensure you have the opportunity to develop new skills and competence.

Please note that this post does not meet the pay level required for a Skilled worker visa.
Successful applicants with no prior NHS experience would normally be placed at the bottom of the band in line with Agenda for Change. This salary is below the minimum salary required for sponsorship for a Skilled Worker / Health & Care visa. In these circumstances the Trust would not, therefore, be able to sponsor for a Skilled Worker / Health & Care visa.
