We are looking for someone to work permanent part time 20 to 30 hours per week. As a Health Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing care and support to our Elders by following Enliven’s Eden Principles to deliver a safe, secure and supportive environment in which we encourage our residents to maintain their independence and to make decisions for themselves .Your key responsibilities will be:

• Deliver the highest standard of personal cares to every Resident
• Support elders to have autonomy by doing as much as possible for themselves in a way each elder chooses.
• Assist and support the daily activities in a way that reflects our Elders holistic well-being
• Take instruction and delegation under the direction of the Registered Nurse.
• Provide assistance when an emergency occurs or additional support is required by the team
• Ensure resident’s needs are attended to effectively and in a timely manner
