JOB SUMMARY
Healthcare Support Workers - various locations
A career as a Healthcare Support Worker offers a fantastic entry point into the NHS, with opportunities for training and progression, including access to nursing apprenticeships.
As a Healthcare Support Worker, you will work closely with patients, their families, friends, and carers. You will be essential in ensuring those who use our services have a positive experience and work as part of our dedicated teams comprising of nurses, healthcare support workers, activity coordinators, social workers, occupational therapists, psychologists, and psychiatrists.
Project Synergy is a new recruitment scheme which has been created across our new trust. We are recruiting candidates with or without experience but people who are passionate about helping people and making a difference to others. Responsibilities:
This role will demonstrate excellent communication skills, using them to engage, persuade or negotiate with clients with complex, at times challenging needs to ensure they are provided with the most appropriate care and support.
Support Nursing and wider team to provide daily tasks.
Therapeutic observations.
Physical health monitoring.
This will include housekeeping duties as when required.
