HealthOne is seeking a Health Concierge to join our team!
HealthOne is comprised of 8 different practices, each with their own specialized admin teams. Patients enjoy visiting many of our various services and you will be the constant friendly person they see each time they return.
Your workdays will by dynamic and no two will look the same. Some patients will depend on you to guide them through the facility, and others will have questions on who we are & what services we offer. You will be the initial and ongoing point of contact for our community members and will have the opportunity to facilitate the first steps in each of their journeys to more healthy, inspired lives.

JOB SUMMARY

In this truly unique opportunity, you will play an integral role in ensuring extraordinary guest experiences and deepening relationships with our local community. The key responsibilities will be centred around fostering an inviting environment, creating meaningful connections and contributing to smooth operations within your scope. As such, our ideal candidate has a contagiously uplifting energy, coupled with a passion for engaging with and helping others.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 1+ years of guest services experience, ideally in the health or retail industry
  • High degree of professionalism, with impeccable communication and client-focused skills
  • Excellent organizational skills, keen attention to detail and a reputation for being flexible & hard-working
  • Ability to work independently or within a team and thrive in either environment
  • Tech savvy and proficient with MS Office (MS Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends based on business needs

Responsibilities:

  • Interact compassionately with all guests to ensure they feel welcomed, accommodated, and encounter a memorable 5-star experience.
  • Establish an in-depth understanding of our services and find opportunities to further educate on offerings that may be of interest to patients.
  • Efficiently handle all daily duties with pristine attention to detail, including but not limited to answering & forwarding phone calls, managing the general email inbox, and distributing mail & packages.
  • Support with the organization, execution and overall success of promotional events & programs hosted within the clinic.
  • Actively seek out opportunities to improve and expand our patients’ experience in the clinic, while assisting the management team to maximize clinic performance and growth.
