Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for contributing to, implementing and delivering specialist local health improvement programmes across the lifecourse, in pursuit of work across our four strategic aims which include good mental health and wellbeing for all, healthy, thriving neighbourhoods & communities, supporting older population to live healthy independent and fulfilled lives and supporting our CYP and families and giving children the best start in life.
You will assist in the development of health improvement capacity across Government and strategic partnerships to support community change and develop health improvement information functions and structures, including data collection and reporting.
