• Beamtree is currently seeking clinical coders/auditors to join an Australian-based team delivering clinical coding, quality assurance and data insights for a large international client.   About the Role Duration: 3 - 4 months  
• Start Date: ASAP 
• Full-time OR Part-time

• Supported by Senior Clinical Coding Specialists, HIMs, Data Scientists and Beamtree’s Product and Advisory teams  
• All required software, clinical coding tools and training provided  
•   What You’ll Do Be part of a clinical coding team within an international advisory project assessing the impact of transitioning a major health group to a DRG funding model and identifying opportunities for clinical documentation improvement coding automation.  
• Provide high-quality- clinical coding (ICD-10-AM/ACHI/ACS – 10th Edition) across a large retrospective dataset.
• Resolve PICQ® indicators and complete associated PICQ® Quality Assurance Reports to ensure coding accuracy and compliance. 
• Maintain a Documentation Query Log, identifying cases where documentation limits coding optimisation, and compile structured notes to support clinical documentation improvement (CDI).
• Contribute insights to coding activity dashboards, trend analysis, documentation quality patterns, and opportunities for coding automation.
• Use Beamtree’s Integrated Coding Platform (ICP) and PICQ® solutions, providing structured feedback and participating in product testing to inform feature enhancements, coding guidance refinements, and the broader roadmap
