The Health Insurance and Compliance Revenue Cycle Manager oversees all aspects of insurance billing policies and procedures, internal documentation, auditing related to billing, and client data management systems for all Tasks programs. This position is also responsible for developing and maintaining technical capacity to implement insurance billing and client data management functions to ensure Tasks Unlimited remains in compliance with all Medicare and Medicaid regulatory requirements.
Essential Job Functions:
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Required :
- Associate’s degree in a Medical Billing, administrative, or accounting-related field.
- At least four (4) years relevant work experience, including computer and database experience.
Preferred:
- Prior experience working in a human services organization that provides mental health services.
Knowledge Areas:

- Computers and electronics – :Knowledge of electronic equipment and computer hardware and software, including applications

- Clerical – :Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records, designing forms, and other office procedures and terminolog
