Health Medical Support (CFSPP Timor-1)

• Responsible for developing occupational safety and health programs, monitoring and supervising their implementation within the company in accordance with applicable regulatory standards.
• Conduct risk assessment and occupational hazard analysis processes to identify hazards and implement hazard control in the work environment
• Conduct regular on-site occupational safety and health inspections, report deficiencies, analyze inspections and incident data to identify opportunities to develop prevention and improvement practices
• Participate in inspections and audits organized by stakeholders based on applicable regulations and standards
• Organizing training, emergency drills, socialization, and promotion of occupational safety and health programs and life-saving rules for all employees
• Conduct all work-related safety training extensively
• Create Daily, Weekly, and Monthly K3 Reports
• Coordinate with the Company’s K3L team for the implementation of K3, Medical and Other Programs
• Diploma in Nursing or Equivalent
• Minimum 3 years working experience in HSE field
• Have experience in Power Plant Industry
• Familiar with HIRADC, JSA, PTW, Leading and Lagging indicator
• Certified in HIPERKES
• Certified Basic Life Support
• General AK3 Certified
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in English, both verbal and non-verbal
• Proficient in MS Office
• Willingness to relocate in NTT (Kupang)
