You will be key to helping the Council create a safe working environment, where there is a people focus, and the health and wellbeing of every staff member is a priority. There’s an opportunity to drive improvements across the health and safety systems, working closely with our Health & Safety Reps, as well as internal and external stakeholders.
You will be joining a collaborative team that has a programme of work to improve Health & Safety systems across the organisation. You will also play an important role in supporting the multiple facilities that we manage, ensuring safe practices are implemented to support the business.
