Job Description
In the new role of Health, Safety and Compliance Advisor, you will report to the General Manager and be responsible for H&S support and advice to the company. You will maintain a visible profile; build strong relationships with employees; close out corrective actions; monitor incident rates; lead or be involved in investigations; reporting; and assist Team Leaders and the Operations Manager with H&S planning and delivery of world class H&S initiatives. In addition you will manage Glasslines compliance obligations for BRANZ and BV audits; ensuring compliance with MPI TFO facility requirements.
Qualifications

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • H&S compliance and legislation knowledge and a passion for H&S excellence;
  • Strong planning, organisational and follow up skills;
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills (databases, Word & Excel);
  • Highly developed communication skills and ability to form relationships quickly and with ease;
  • Proven attention to detail and strong accuracy skills;
  • The ability to influence, coach, mentor and lead others;
  • Exceptional time management; attention to detail and problem solving skills.

Additional Information
We are looking for someone who is passionate about the health & safety of those around them. The role is offered part time 20 -30 hours per week at their new purpose built facility located in Cambridge.
