QUALITY, HEALTH, SAFETY, AND COMPLIANCE MANAGER
Location: Oxford, Didcot
Reports to: Account Director
Job Summary: The Quality, Health, Safety, and Compliance Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing quality, health, safety, and compliance programs across the Flutter estate. The role ensures adherence to regulatory requirements, industry standards, and client expectations, thereby minimizing risk and enhancing operational efficiency.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a quality, health, safety, and compliance role, preferably within the facilities management or construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of ISO standards, including ISO 9001 and ISO 45001.
- Proven experience in conducting audits and implementing compliance programs.
- Excellent communication and training skills, with the ability to engage with staff at all levels.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain quality and compliance management systems, including SOPs and EOPS, tailored to the needs of the Flutter estate.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and industry best practices.
- Act as the primary point of escalation for any issues related to quality, health, safety, and compliance.
- Collaborate with site teams to ensure they are trained on safety protocols, regulatory requirements, and company standards.
- Generate detailed audit reports and recommend corrective actions to address non-compliance or areas for improvement.
- Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) related to safety, quality, and compliance, and provide regular updates to senior management.
- Stay up to date with changes in health and safety regulations, and ensure the company’s policies are current and effective.
