Health & Safety (H&S) Responsibilities:
- Conduct and complete incident investigations, facilitating corrective actions with site stakeholders.
- Perform daily safety and behavioral walks and huddles to ensure high compliance with safety measures.
- Lead and conduct workplace risk assessments in partnership with the Joint Health and Safety Committee.
- Facilitate safety communications by ensuring Supervisors are equipped to deliver safety topics in daily huddles and provide employee GMP and Safety training.
- Implement established workplace Health and Safety procedures as defined by company policies and regional OHS authorities.
- Collaborate with the Facilities Manager to review and adjust sanitation practices, identify causes of incidents, and determine preventive measures.
- Support the development of workplace Health and Safety policies and procedures in partnership with site stakeholders and the HQ Health and Safety team.
- Track and oversee Health and Safety performance metrics, including Near Misses, Injuries, and Missed Work Days, ensuring compliance and participating in the Joint Health and Safety Committee (JHSC) through spot checks and incident investigations.
- Train employees on the correct use of PPE and ensure compliance with engineering and administrative safety controls in both production and non-production areas.
- Work in compliance with OH&S acts and regulations.
- Oversee and ensure accurate reporting to the insurance fund for incidents that require it.
- Manage and improve the site’s H&S reporting system, training relevant stakeholders as needed.
Human Resources (HR) Responsibilities:
- Organize and maintain personnel records, enter new data, and update existing employee information in internal HR databases.
- Review, revise, and update company policies and various HR documents.
- Answer employee queries related to HR issues and assist in resolving them internally.
- Support the management and upkeep of HR systems, ensuring they remain current.
- Ensure the accuracy of employee attendance data.
- Create presentations and reports on HR metrics, such as turnover rates and retention rates.
- Assist in various employee-focused communications.
- Drive and support HR-related projects and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Assist the HR manager in managing and administering the department.
- Help in the recruitment and onboarding processes.

THE ROLE
HelloFresh is looking for a Health & Safety Coordinator / HR Admin for our Distribution Center in Moss, Norway. Working in the Operations team, you take a leading role in ensuring the safety, well-being, and effective management of our workforce.
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing Health & Safety protocols across the site, including incident investigations, risk assessments, and safety training. Additionally, you will support HR functions by maintaining personnel records, assisting in recruitment, and managing employee relations. Your work will directly contribute to creating a safe and compliant workplace, while also ensuring efficient HR operations.
