• Expanding Groundworks/Structures Group (current group turnover circa £150m)
• New demolition group company established a couple of years ago
• Currently forecasting £15m turnover in 2024
• Most projects in Greater London

This role will be very much a visiting Health & Safety role, with a dotted line into the group Health & Safety Director and MD of the demolition business. Currently four live projects, this is set to continue at pace as this year progresses, and likely to be double the amount of projects next year.
You’ll need to have UK (ideally London) demolition sector experience and NEBOSH Construction (ideally) or General, plus living inside the M25 would work better.
Salary: £70k plus bens.
Medium term, you could be in a fantastic position in a couple of years. You’ll join as the only dedicated demolition Health & Safety Manager, therefore there’ll be plenty of headroom for you to progress into Senior Management and beyond.
