We are seeking an experienced and dedicated SVP Health & Safety (H&S) Partner to support the overall SVP area in H&S matters. This pivotal role will ensure continuous improvements on significant health and safety aspects, aligning with Novo Nordisk and DD&IT strategic direction, ambition, and targets within H&S.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Extensive experience in health and safety management, preferably with having stakeholders at a senior executive level.
• Experience working within a big matrix organization, in a global role.
• Proven track record of implementing successful health and safety initiatives and driving continuous improvement.
• Strong understanding of psycho-social and management review processes.
  As a person, you are characterized by excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. Your talent lies in effectively collaborating with diverse teams and influencing at all levels of the organization. As well, you are fluent in both spoken and written English.

• Align with DD&IT P&O Business Partnering on psycho-social and management review processes, including the Evolve and psycho-social and physical WPA programs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate health and safety risks.
• Monitor and evaluate health and safety performance, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.
• Stay abreast of industry best practices and regulatory requirements, ensuring compliance with all relevant health and safety standards in a Digital, Data, and IT context
