QUALIFICATIONS

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • At least a bachelor degree
  • Experience with working within the Health and Safety area
  • Experience working with behavior, mindset and safety culture
  • Solid understanding of Danish Health and Safety Legislation or ISO45001
  • Professional fluency in Danish and English written and spoken

Furthermore, it will be seen as an advantage is you have Project Management capabilities with experience in planning, guiding, and supporting key stakeholders and team members.

Responsibilities:

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing support and guidance on HS matters within production and projects
  • Assisting HS Representatives and HS leaders in driving HS processes
  • Ensuring compliance with Danish Health & Safety legislation, regulations, and standards (e.g., ISO45001).
  • Maintaining HS training material and transitioning it towards a visual training concept
  • Participating in safety inspections, performance board meetings, and planning board meeting
