Work Environment and Physical Demands
While performing the duties of this job, the employee may sometimes be exposed to heat, noise, and vibrations. The noise level in the work environment and job sites can be loud. The exposure will not be constant but could occupy a large amount of a person’s time during the day while on-site. Safety & Noise reduction equipment will be provided by the company. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear.

• Create and manage safety documentation & policies and educate relevant parties;
• Conduct safety inspection. provide supervision & guidance, record inspection;
• Promote education and encourage compliance with safety protocols, implementing penalties when necessary;
• Safety education, punishment, and timely order rectification for the team and individuals who do not meet the safety norms;
• Manage safety incidents, and improve awareness amongst employees;
• Responsible for the investigation and management of hidden safety hazards in the follow-up, rectifying situation in a timely manner;
• Other tasks as assigned.
