Together we create the European champion of shared micro-mobility, with revenues of €250m, supporting over 125M trips a year in more than 20 countries. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Operations, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2–3 years of experience in operational or health & safety roles, ideally in an industrial environment
- Proven ability to manage projects independently, with a focus on infrastructure or operational improvements
SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:
- Basic understanding of German regulations, with the ability to adapt global frameworks to local compliance needs
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, enabling smooth collaboration with internal teams and external authorities
- Strong attention to detail and a structured approach to problem-solving
- Ideally hands-on experience with risk assessments, audits, and incident investigations
Responsibilities:
- Development and Implementation of Standards: Collaborate with the central Health & Safety team to design and adapt policies and procedures tailored to local operations. Translate documentation, training materials, and guidelines into German, ensuring clarity and compliance with regulations.
- Act as the Primary Health & Safety Representative: Serve as the key contact for German employees, management, and local regulatory authorities. Foster strong relationships with local teams to ensure smooth execution of safety measures.
- Monitoring and Reporting: Conduct regular site inspections, risk assessments, and audits. Investigate incidents and provide actionable recommendations to improve processes and prevent recurrence.
