What you’ll be doing:
Responsibility for the full range of health and safety matters in companies located in Warsaw.
Key responsibilities:
- Conducting initial and periodic health and safety training for Employees
- Reporting training needs and verifying Employee status in the HR and payroll system
- Controlling the circulation of OSH training documentation between Employees and the Human Resources Department
- Conducting investigations into the circumstances and causes of accidents at work
- Identifying risks and assessing occupational risks at workplaces, updating employee documentation in this regard
- Monitoring changes in OSH regulations and enforcing the resulting updates to the company’s instructions and internal documents.
- Maintaining occupational health and safety documentation in accordance with Polish legal regulations.
- Cooperation with external entities and state administration in the area of occupational health and safety
- Cooperation with internal departments, including the Administration Department and the Building Manager, in the area of OSH and Fire Safety
- Cooperation with Employees of the Human Resources Department
- Creating internal procedures, instructions and regulations in the area of OSH
- Proposing solutions in the area of occupational health and safety that affect the improvement of well-being
Our Requirements:
- Higher education in the field (occupational safety and health) or supplementary education (postgraduate studies in occupational safety and health).
- Ability to solve problems and make decisions in emergency situations.
- Ability to cooperate with control bodies and external entities.
- Ability to organize work and conduct inspections.
- Willingness to travel on business.
- Cat B driving license.
- Good knowledge of MS Office, including excel at an intermediate level.
- Practical knowledge of health and safety legislation and ability to apply it in practice
- Min. 2 years of experience in a similar position.
- Good knowledge of English (spoken and written)
- Knowledge of the Teta system will be an added advantage
