Description:
As the Partner Engagement Manager (PEM) you will lead account management efforts for Best Buy Health (BBYH) existing third-party payer partnerships. The PEM team focus will be primarily Medicare/Medicaid/Managed Care Organizations and will play a key role in establishing and expanding Best Buy Health’s footprint in the Commercial Health space.
Working directly with the Best Buy Health business development team, and through managing relationships with existing partners, the PEM will be responsible for helping drive sales growth, program implementations, engagement, and ongoing performance. This individual will also be responsible for increasing referrals and establishing ongoing engagement with Best Buy Health strategic partners.
This role is remote eligible, which means you would work virtually from home or another US based non-Best Buy Health location.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 3 years of related sales experience (ie. driving sales, business growth, etc.)
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 1 year account management experience
- 1 year + of inside sales, revenue accountability
- Understanding of and/or experience in Health Care, DME, Virtual Care, technology solutions.
- Understanding of and/or experience with Payer Relationship and State and Federal guidelines
- Experience creating, delivering data and presentations (QBRs) to customers to provide insights on business performance and identify new opportunities for growth

Responsibilities:
- Bring a passion for serving Health Plans/ MCOs and their Medicaid populations with technology and service
- Meet / exceed revenue goals by driving Medicaid referrals with existing partners
- Educate existing partners about Best Buy Health and our services via outbound reach and trainings
- Create / drive business performance reviews to prove benefit ROI to partner and identify new opportunities to expand business
- Identify new opportunities to expand services through additional contracts or LoBs
- Participate / represent Best Buy Health / PERS at virtual and in person conferences (as needed)
